WELCOME TO MUSIC TOGETHER ALEXANDRIA!

The Del Ray Winter session will begin on January 9 and runs until March 16. The Winter session last will last for 10 weeks this year. The book and CD used for the winter, is BELLS!
Ten weekly classes, 45-minutes long, include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability. Two CDs and Songbook are included.

If you'd like a class at a time that is not listed, e-mail lodatomusic@comcast.net with a request for another class time.

You now have the option to pay online with a credit card, or you may mail in a check to the church address - 100 E. Windsor Ave, Alexandria, VA 22301, as you have done in the past. A $5 registration fee is non-refundable. No tuition refunds will be given after the 2nd class. Tuition must be paid in full before materials will be distributed.

I am now offerring a military discount of $25 per family for children of active duty military personnel. If you would like to use this discount, you MUST PAY BY CHECK. This discount is only for the classes at Del Ray Church.

Use the church's rear entrance, which faces E. Custis Avenue. Go up one flight of stairs, then turn left to the Children's Room on the left

Chinquapin Recreation Center: REGISTRATION FOR CHINQUAPIN WILL BEGIN ON December 14 FOR RESIDENTS, AND December 16 FOR NON-RESIDENTS. The winter 9 or 10 week session will begin on January 23 and continue till April 30. There will be no classes on 2/20.

Music Together Alexandria is now offering classes at the Chinquapin Recreation Center, located next to T. C. Williams High School, at 3210 King Street, Alexandria, Va 22302 during the academic year.

Classes will be held on Mondays and Fridays in the morning at Chinquapin, depending on minimum registration numbers.
You must register through this site for the Chinquapin classes.

IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA LIMITS, YOU MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL $25 TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASSES AT THE RECREATION CENTERS.
